What is Money Yoga?
Money Yoga is more than just yoga. It’s a transformative experience that combines movement, mindfulness, and money wellness. Money Yoga empowers athletes to take control of their finances while supporting their physical and mental recovery.
Each Session Includes:
Vinyasa Yoga - Boost flexibility, strength, recovery, and mental focus through mindful movement.
Interactive Financial Exercises - Engage in hands-on activities that build smart money habits and financial awareness.
Guided Meditative Affirmations - Reinforce financial confidence and clarity through mindfulness and intention-setting.
As a Financial Educator and Certified Yoga Instructor, I’m passionate about helping athletes build sustainable habits mentally, physically, and financially.
